Jo just posted a journal entry about how someone recognised her from my photography that was at the recent LIVE08 event!!! Strange how they thought she was Helen, when it was Helen’s work – but the recognition is nonetheless there!!!!!

As Jo writes:

…today as I walked to lunch, a girl gave me the once over as we crossed paths. Then she turned and called out “Helen.” OK, so my name is Jo, not Helen, but it was an easy mistake to make. She’d been to Live 08 and seen Helen McLean’s exhibit. Helen had been showing work from our retro pin up collaboration together. This girl was utterly wrapped to meet me in the flesh, went on about the photographs, the costumes, the locations, the styling, the effort that went into them. What I liked most of all was that she never once mentioned RedBubble. The art had spoken for itself. No popular rank, no featured galleries, no watchlists, just the art.

How about that!!!
